Orders
- All orders must be paid in full prior to your order being processed. Unless you contact us directly to make other arrangements, available on bulk orders only
Order Turnaround Time
- Orders are custom engraved once order has been placed
- 1-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays
- During pike seasons/holidays 1-7 business days
- Turnaround time is excluding shipping time which is calculated/picked at checkout.
Custom Orders
- We provide custom orders per customer request
- Request must be submitted to customorder@laserngravingga.com
- We will review the details and provide you with a no obligation quote
- Order must be paid in full prior to order being processed

Engraving Errors
- Please be sure to inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive it
- Engraving errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
- Please be sure to check all spelling prior to submitting your order
- Once order is submitted you are acknowledging all information is correct
- Orders are processed based on this information
- In the event something is misspelled on our end, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence
- We will review the issue and proceed accordingly in one of the following forms, we will cover any associated shipping cost
- Send a replacement item(s)
- Issue partial refund if you choose to keep the item(s) as is
- Issue full refund with returned item(s) once item has been received
- If error is caused by you the customer, we will gladly offer you a 10% courtesy discount at checkout if you would like replacement items
- Must request unique discount code
- We will review the issue and proceed accordingly in one of the following forms, we will cover any associated shipping cost
Refunds & Returns
- Non-Personalized items are eligible for returns, except glass items within 48 hours of receipt
- Must request and have approved return authorization
- Subject to a 5% restocking fee
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable, apart from defective items
- Customer pays return shipping cost, apart from manufacture defective items
- Refund will be issued once item has been received and inspected, excluding any damages, alterations, & shipping cost if applicable
- Personalized items are non-refundable due to there personalized nature
- Only exception will be for items with manufacture defects

Additional Charges
- A $40 fee will be charged in the event a payment dispute is submitted by you the customer to your bank/card holder without prior contacting us to resolve any issues that may have occurred. Customer service is our top priority, if there is a mistake with your order or you are unsatisfied with our service for whatever reason it is your responsibility to contact us prior to filing any disputes with your bank.
- Interest will accrue on any outstanding balance till paid in full based on current interest rates
