• Shipping rates and service are shown and calculated at check out

Turnaround Time

• Orders are shipped out as soon as possible 1-4 business days after order has been placed & 1-7 business days during holiday seasons

Tracking

• Tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available, tracking number will not be active till it has been picked up by or delivered to the forwarder

Damages & Claims

• Laser Engraving GA is not liable for any items lost, stole, or damaged once it has been picked up by or delivered to the forwarder
• Claims against lost, stolen, or damaged items must be submitted directly to the forwarder by you the customer. Please be sure to save any damaged packaging and take proper pictures to submit along with your claim to the forwarder
